Mon October 3rd- Vehicles for fun

We started our new theme: Things that go! Our first topic was vehicles for fun. We also had a few students already pass off their monthly poem. Esther was our star this week. For our class time, we talked about what a vehicle is, what vehicles are used for and how they can help us. At table time, the class worked on a patterning page with different vehicles that are fun- bikes, tricycles, power wheels, ect. “F” was the letter of the week. We learned about Farrah Fox and how she likes her fan and feathers. I practiced the “F” with each child individually at play time at the beginning of class. For “F” time- we read about Fifi’s flute and how all the animals in the forest tried to help her. Fish saved the day! We also practiced the sign and the sound of the letter. Ask your child if they remember…
